Ravenstar Pony

This is Ravenstar and she's so far my pride and joy! She's the first one I've done with fully sculpted wings!

I had sooooo much fun making her wings! They make her a little heavy, but it doesn't ruin her balance.

Her hair is "Hematite" from Dollyhair.com. She has six swarovski (yeah, I'm pretty sure I spelled that wrong) crystals on her, two on the forehead, one in each eye, and one on each side of her rump. She is base-coated with Golden acrylic black, and the shimmery metallic highlights are just metallic craft paints. The silver dots are an interior decorative paint. She is sealed with Golden brand gloss. The chains were kind of a pain, but worth it.

Her neck is a little warped from baking, but it's not too incredibly noticeable. I decided not to put a symbol on her rump as I thought she would seem too overcrowded. I thought of curling her hair, but I kind of like the flowing locks better.

It'll kill me to part with her, but eventually she will be up for sale. I want to get a few more ponies together and open up an Etsy account. I'll announce later when she's up there.
