Literature Text

Each time you speak to me,
I get this feeling of cold,
Down my spine,
Across my skin,
Like I’m never gonna feel again.

Each time I feel your eyes on me,
I feel a heat torturing my heart,
Over my veins,
Through my blood,
Like I’m gonna just catch on fire.

Each time I feel your breath on my neck,
I get this tightening of my throat,
In my mouth,
Under my tongue,
Like I’m never gonna breathe again.

Each time you touch my hand,
I feel a pain shoot straight to my soul,
Beside my heart,
To my mind,
Like I’m never gonna be free again.

Each time you rape my heart,
I get this sense of never-ending suffocation,
Up my body,
Past my soul,
Like I’m never gonna know love again.

Please, I beg you...
Let me go.
Yeah. Um. A five minute poem. It's not about anyone I know, or myself, and it just kinda popped out.

@D@;; That's pretty deep for a 5 minute poem. It's amazing! What an awesome poem! Nicely done!
